About Sweekaar Hospitality
Corporate contracts, institutional canteens and weddings run from our own kitchen in Marol since 2011.
Since 2011 we have served corporates, institutions and weddings across Mumbai, with a focus on quality, hygiene and personal service. Everything is cooked in our own FSSAI-compliant kitchen in Marol, Andheri East. Nothing is subcontracted to another caterer, which is why the food at your event tastes like the food that convinced you to call us.
From boardroom gatherings to company-wide celebrations, and from an elegant wedding to an in-house party, our menus are built around the occasion rather than picked from a fixed list. We cater for twenty guests and for two thousand, with staffing and setup scaled to match.

Menus Can you handle Jain, pure-veg and vegan requirements in the same order?
Yes — and they're planned as three separate kitchens' worth of discipline, not one menu with substitutions. Jain food is cooked without onion, garlic or root vegetables. Vegan means no dairy at all, which rules out paneer, ghee and curd-based gravies that often get labelled vegan by mistake.

Offices We need meals every working day, not for a one-off event. Is that something you do?
That's a large part of what we do. Daily meal programmes run on a rotating menu so teams aren't eating the same thing every Tuesday, with headcount adjusted week to week and pantry stock managed alongside it.

Lead time How much notice do you need?
For a standard office lunch, a day or two. For a board meeting or a client visit we've turned things around the same morning more than once. Weddings and large functions need longer — two to three weeks is comfortable, mainly so the menu tasting and staffing can be arranged without rushing.
Numbers Is there a minimum order? What's the largest you've handled?
Small orders are fine — a ten-person meeting room lunch is a normal request for us. At the other end, our canteen contracts feed several hundred people a day, every day. Tell us the headcount and we'll tell you honestly whether it suits a plated service, a buffet or live counters.
Weddings What's actually included at a wedding — food only, or the service too?
Food, counter setup, serving staff and supervision on the day. We cover the full run of functions — engagement, mehendi, sangeet and reception — with the menu shifting between them rather than repeating.

At home Can you cater at a flat or a housing society, not a banquet hall?
Yes. House parties, birthdays and anniversaries at home are handled with compact setups that suit a flat, a terrace or a society clubhouse — including live counters where there's space for them, and a clean handover so you aren't left with the mess.
Hygiene How is food safety handled between your kitchen and our site?
We work to FSSAI standards, with temperature-controlled transport, covered service, staff in clean uniforms and a supervisor accountable on site. For corporate and institutional clients we're happy to walk your admin or HR team through our kitchen before a contract starts — most ask, and we'd rather you did.

Getting started How do we get a quotation?
Call or WhatsApp us with four things — date, headcount, venue and any dietary requirements. We'll come back with a menu suggestion and a written quotation. For recurring office contracts we usually arrange a tasting first, so the decision isn't made on paper.
